Since 1991, MGS Custom Cutting has been custom processing meat for our customers in the Four Corners area of New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, and Arizona. We slaughter and process domestic livestock including: cattle, swine, sheep, and goats. Your animal is stored in our large walk-in cooler kept at 40° F until it has aged to your satisfaction. It is then processed the way you want. Finished products are wrapped first with a clear film followed with a second layer of plastic coated freezer paper. This prevents oxygen from coming into contact with your meat during storage, preventing freezer burn. Hamburger is hydraulically stuffed into a polybag and sealed. We then place your finished processed animal into our quick freeze kept at -10° F for you to pick up.
Along with custom processing, we also specialize in many products including: summer, breakfast, Italian, and smoked sausages, bratwurst, snack sticks, jerky and cured turkeys and hams. Our cured hams, bacon, and turkeys are fully cooked onsite in our smokehouse with a maple flavor. Vacuum packing is available upon request.
